• 平日のランチタイムは残念ながら予約を受け付けておりませんが、週末のランチに関してはご予約可能です。
• 10名様以上のグループでのご来店の際は、お待たせせずスムーズにご対応するため、コースメニューの予約や事前のご注文をおすすめしております。
• 15名様以上のグループでのご予約につきましては、03-6665-6865またはinfo@bombaysizzlers.jpまでご連絡いただけますようお願いいたします。
• お客様のご希望のお席をご用意できない場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
• レストランが混雑している場合、ディナータイムを2時間以内に制限させていただくことがございますので、ご協力をお願いします。
• 予約時間から15分を過ぎてもご連絡がない場合は、予約を解除し待機中のお客様にお席を提供させていただくことがあります。遅れる見込みがある場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡ください。
• 予定に変更がある場合や、人数の変更、キャンセルをされる場合は、事前にお知らせいただきますようお願いいたします。
• グループ予約や当日・直前のキャンセルには、キャンセル料が発生することがございます。

• We only accept reservations for dinner.
• We regret to inform you that we do not accept reservations for weekday lunches. However, reservations for weekend lunches are possible.
• For groups of 10 or more guests, table reservations are highly recommended for course menus or pre-ordering to avoid waiting times and to allow us to serve you quickly.”

• We kindly ask for your understanding that we may not be able to accommodate specific seat requests.
• If the restaurant is crowded, we kindly ask for your cooperation in limiting your dinner duration to 2 hours.
• In the event that you are unable to reach us within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may need to cancel your booking and release your table to waiting guests. Therefore, we kindly request that you contact us promptly if you anticipate being delayed.
• In case of a change of plans, alterations to the number of guests, or cancellations, we kindly request that you inform us in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
• Group bookings and same-day or last-minute cancellations are subject to retention charges accordingly.
